 *   1-1/4 pound Ground Chuck
 *   1 can 15-ounces Galassi Pasta Sauce
 *   1/2 teaspoon Salt
 *   Freshly Ground Black Pepper
 *   8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
 *   1/2 cup Sour Cream
 *   1-1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
 *   1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions (less To Taste)
 *   1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown ground chuck in a large skillet. Drain fat, then add Galassi pasta sauce. 1/2
teaspoon salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Stir, then simmer
while you prepare the other ingredients.

Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Add plenty of
freshly ground black pepper. Add to noodles and stir. Add green onions and

To assemble, add half of the noodles to a baking dish. Top with half the
meat mixture, then sprinkle on half the grated cheddar. Repeat with noodles,
meat, then a final layer of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until all cheese
is melted.

3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cups Diced Onion
1 Cup Diced Carrot
1 Cup Green Pepper
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Pound Ground Italian Sausage
Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 25 Ounce Jar Of Galassi Pasta Sauce
1 32 Ounce Box Of Beef Stock
10 Strips of Lasagna Noodles
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese For Topping

1- Pound Pasta Such As Ziti, Rigatoni Or Pennoni
½- Pound Ground Beef
½- Pound Ground Pork
Salt & Black Pepper
1- 25oz Jar Of Galassi Pasta Sauce
4Oz Shredded Parmesan
8Oz Shredded Mozzarella
You could use all pork or all beef depending on preferences.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large pot, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, tender but still firm to bite.
Drain and return to pot.

Place beef and pork in deep skillet. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Over medium heat,
cook until meat is browned, then drain the excess grease from pan. Stir in the jar of
Galassi Pasta Sauce. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.

Add meat mixture to pasta and stir. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish.

Top with the mozzarella cheese and place in oven and bake 20-30 minutes or until cheese
is melted and turning brown. Spoon onto plates and enjoy!

1 Pound Uncooked Chicken Breast Tenders
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
1 8oz Package Of Fresh Whole Mushrooms
4 Tablespoons Italian Dressing
2 Teaspoons Pizza Seasoning
½ Cup Galassi Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce
Soaked Wooden Kabobs

Heat grill to medium heat. In a small saucepan add Galassi Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce and
warm over low heat. Place chicken, pepper and mushrooms alternately on the kabobs leaving a
small space between ingredients. Brush kabobs with dressing and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
Grill kabobs until chicken is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with warm Galassi
Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce for dipping.
