16 Ounces of prepared polenta
(1) 25 ounce jar of Galassi Sweet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
3/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup reserved)
1/4 Cup light ricotta cheese
1/2 Cup rough chopped & loosely packed fresh parsley (1/4 cup Reserved)
Salt & Pepper
· 1 cup Sweet Tomato Basil Galassi Pasta sauce
· ½ fresh mozzarella ball
· Fresh basil
1. In an oven-safe dish, place ½ of the mozzarella ball, flat side down. Gently pour the pasta sauce around the cheese.
2. Bake the dish at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve with toast.
